Explanation
This comic shows how an interaction between two women affected the later lives of their families. The woman with the red ribbon gives away $9999999 for free, an offer that the woman in the black hat eagerly picks up on. The humor comes from the ridiculousness of someone giving away such a large sum of money for free.
