Explanation

This comic is the first in a series of similar comics, dubbed the "Lady on a hill making hand gestures series".

In the comic, the lady on a hill can be seen first making the middle finger, somewhat resembling the letter "I" (making the reacting woman angry), then the word "LOVE" (making the reacting woman smile), then the word "ME" (making the reacting woman angry again). Presumably the reacting woman thought the lady on the hill was going to say "I love you", but the sentence was completed to "I love me" instead.

The comic's title, "Feedback", refers to the call-response chain between the lady on the hill making hand gestures and the woman who observed said gestures and reacted accordingly.

Transcript

A three-panel comic, with a thick black border (cut off on the right). On all three panels, there is a woman on a hill with a wide open-mouth grin making hand gestures and another woman on the right reacting to the gestures. The sky is colored grey.

Panel 1: The lady on the hill is showing the middle-finger; it somewhat resembles the letter "I". The woman reacting is angry and screaming; the "angry vein" is seen on her head. In the background, the sun is up.

Panel 2: The lady on the hill makes the word "LOVE" with her hands. The woman reacting smiles. In the background, the sun is going down.

Panel 3: The lady on the hill makes the word "ME" with her hands. The woman reacting is back to being angry. In the background, the moon can be seen. There is also a cropped-off watermark in the top right saying "@cr" (presumably "@crawfishcomic").
