Explanation
It would be pretty unusual for a flight pilot to offer people in a plane to enter the cockpit to "become their friend"; doubly so given that they don't even use the correct terminology (or maybe it's a deliberate attempt to seem more friendly?), calling into question the pilot's competence.
Fuck, Marry, Kill is a party game involving naming which one of 3 characters you would Fuck, Marry or Kill. Ignoring that it would be a rather bold thing to ask of a complete stranger, it would be impossible to play with just the two people in the "flying room" (unless there was a third person out-of-frame, or they were willing to allow duplicates).
This comic was posted on September 11th, the anniversary of the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center in 2001, where two airplanes crashed into the Twin Towers of the WTC.
Transcript
A two-panel comic.
Panel 1: View of an airplane full of people. An announcement says: "Attention passengers! Step into the flying room to become my friend". One person in the front row turns back at the announcement.
Panel 2: The person from the first panel walks into a small room with a square window showing the air, a small steering wheel, and the pilot - a person with a black cap - sitting at the wheel on a black chair.
The pilot says: "yay a contender! Let's start with Fuck, Marry, Kill (only concerning those in this flying room)"
The person who walked in says: "The proper term is cockpit/flight deck."
