Explanation

Two men try to start a pizza store; somehow, they (or their delivery guy) manage to mess up the delivery, with a pizza only arriving in half, despite it all seemingly happening in one house.

Transcript

Three-panel comic.

Panel 1: A pizza delivery guy with a red cap is holding a pizza that is torn in half. Two speech bubbles coming from the people receiving the pizza say:

Person 1: "HOW IS HALF OF IT MISSING"

Person 2: "This food delivery service was a catastrophic failure. intense re-evaluation is needed."

Panel 2: A person with long eyelashes holds a drawing showing a house, in a see-through projection like that of a dollhouse; the bottom floor is divided into two rooms labeled, from left to right, "my room" and "your room"; there is a ladder in "your room" leading to the top floor, which is labeled "pizza store".

Text on the top (presumably the person holding the drawing?) says, "show me on this floor plan where such an error was even possible. WHERE."

Delivery guy: "great draftsmanship (smug smile emoji)"

Drawing holder: "IM A GIRL"

Panel 3: Two men are sitting in the top floor of the house from the drawing, behind a counter with "BUY PIZZA" written on it. There is a sign hanging on the wall saying "customers today: 1 FML".

Guy 1: "MIKEY, read me more inspirational business quotes with your soothing voice, NOW" Guy 2: "yes sweetie"

Trivia

  • This comic was preceeded by a poll that was to decide "what the next comic will be about"; out of all the options, "Deltarune" won with 23.3%.
    • If we really want to stretch it, "Mikey" could be a reference to the yet-unseen character Mike, named in some of Spamton's dialogue; this would potentially fit both of them being "enterpreneurs".
