Explanation
This comic pretty succinctly explains itself: "The wealthy homeowner has fabricated the appearance of an impoverished home, so that a thief won't pursue further."
Transcript
Four-panel comic.
Panel 1: An assortment of items: an eviction notice pinned to the wall, a framed dollar signed as "MY ONLY DOLLAR", a diary reading "DEAR: DIARY: ZERO CASH, still no cash...", and a hobo stick.
Panel 2: On a starry night, a thief enters through the window. They are wearing a striped shirt and holding a bag with the "cool S" symbol on it.
Panel 3: The thief leaves, saying "I'M GTFO".
Panel 4: Behind a box serving as a table, with a mug on it and with a chair with a broken leg next to it, hides a wealthy-looking person in a top hat and a monocle, holding a large stack of money.
The text to the right of the comic, rotated 90 degrees clockwise, says: "Joke explanation: the wealthy homeowner has fabricated the appearance of an impoverished home, so that a thief won't pursue further."
