107: Red Herring
Explanation
This comic is the second in a series of similar comics, dubbed the "Lady on a hill making hand gestures series".
In the comic, the lady on a hill can be seen first having her hand open; the reacting woman interprets this as a "waving hello" gesture. However, it turns out that she is counting down, presumably to the attack of a humanoid creature that appears in the last frame.
A "red herring" is something meant to mislead or distract; in this case, the initial gesture turns out to be a red herring for the actual countdown.
