111: Homographs
Explanation
A homophone is a word that, despite being written in one way, can take on multiple meanings. The word "RUN" from the first panel is most obviously interpreted as "run from the monster", but Ronny the Ridiculous Runner interprets it as a call to run for an unspecified (government?) position. This exact play on words was used in Ronny's first appearance in 45: Ronny the Ridiculous Runner.
In the second panel, the monster reacts to the poster by saying "Fuck.", which can be interpreted as a simple swear at Ronny's desire to get rid of "the red thing", but when paired with the "Now." in the second panel comes to form "Fuck now", a command given to the other two creatures that appear in the last panel.

Panel 1: An orange creature with 4 legs blows fire out of its mouth. A scared person shouts, "RUN". A man with three long eyelashes looks from the sidelines.
Panel 2: The orange creature is angrily looking at a poster, containing the text "VOTE ME", a picture of the face of the man looking from the sidelines in the first panel, and below it the text: "no more of the red thing". The creature says, "FUCK.".
Panel 3: The creature now looks at two other similar creatures, which are holding hands. It says, "NOW.", and the two creatures reply "on it boss".
