Explanation
This comic is a play on people catching their partners cheating; however, the other person is instead doing something relatively benign, here seen as winning a competition. The fact that the other person is winning could be a reference to the "are you winning son?" meme.
Transcript
A frowning person is walking through a door and flicking a light switch. There is a crowd and a podium labeled with "Loser", "1" and "2" in the room. Purple confetti falls from the ceiling. There is a person on the first place on the podium, holding a trophy with the number 1 on it. They are saying "OMG this isnt what it looks like i promise i can explain (>_<)".
